Most contractors learned one trade. Before I ever installed a floor in Florida, I worked as a licensed real estate agent in Brazil, owned my own real estate agency, and managed construction projects from the ground up, building homes from the foundation to the final walkthrough.
That combination shapes every job we do today. As a real estate agent, I learned that a renovation is never just materials and labor. It is an investment in the value of your home. As a construction project manager, I learned that projects succeed or fail on organization, communication, and follow through, not just skill.
In 2018 I brought that mindset to Central Florida and built Line Flooring around it. I even built our own scheduling system so no call goes unanswered while we are on a job site.
